Happy New Year!

We made it!  Another year, and what a year it was, always full but blessed beyond measure if we take time to reflect on the goodness and faithfulness of God!  In our case, 10 years throwing  thousands of faith seeds to the wind about a dream God gave me to work with women who are being trafficked.  Five years building a house and finally in the 9th month of the 5th year, Casa Nissi opened her doors to it’s first woman, me!  What a journey!  Now I have wavered many times on this promise but I stood my ground, choosing to trust that all the promises of God are, “yes and amen.” 

This is my 11th year serving in Medgidia and my 19th year of full time missions.  Where has the time gone!?   But now, time to move forward to the start line and “GO!”  I am so grateful that you have not given up on me, that you stayed the course, cheering me on and investing in a vision that took forever!  Thank you!  

TOGETHER!  IN 2025, WE WILL BEGIN TO “BRING THEM HOME”…ONE STEP AT A TIME!

Holiday Season

What a beautiful season to put down all construction work and focus on our gift from God, Casa Nissi!  We spent the season, decorating for the holidays and hosting and serving many dinners and lunches!  We baked cookies, cakes and breads and enjoyed many guest and families, near and far!  With each group we hosted and invited we took special time of prayer for our future project, “Bring Them Home!”  On Christmas we celebrated the birth of Jesus, with some very special people, my sweet Ukraine Refugee family, and old friend from Medgidia and my sweet adopted girls and their friends and family.  

Thank you for helping us celebrate a beautiful holiday!  What a blessing you have been in our lives!  Although the season is a bit different than the past 10 years, we can never forget, how you stood with us in all the seasons!  May God bless you abundantly for your extreme generosity towards us!
